Who We Are

Mission: Build a world that has more tomorrow than it has today, environmentally, socially and economically

The Aquifer

An aquifer is an underground reservoir of water that is renewed by the rain trapped by living plants, filtered through the soil. Deforestation and removal of wetlands turns rain into floods that reduce aquifer replenishment and removes the soil. When the water levels drops the wells go dry, the aquifer collapses, the ground sinks, floods take away the nutrients that keep the remaining plants alive, wildlife dies, leaving a barren wasteland.

If you look at our log you see three parts.
- The first is the blue, the Aquifer that supports life. This represents the academy as it tests and shares the resources needed for sustainable change. Through our experinces and perspectives, it informs us on how we can change in positive ways that work for us, in ways bring security to our world.
- The second part is the brown, the trunk of the tree that keeps the aquifer from collapsing. This represents the community hubs, places of collaboration that resources for positive change, creating a stable place to create physical change in ways we can't do alone.
- The third part is the green, the leaves that are the life we are here to nourish. This represents the nonprofit and every organization and individual we connect with. Uniting to build trust and community in a way that we all thrive through the storms together.

Together we have the strength to stay standing. As long as we stand, the aquifer that supports us all stays filled. By uniting together we build something stronger that is better able to protect what supports all of us.

Our Vision

Humanity is the biggest engines of change on the planet, we have the knowledge, the resources and the drive to make a difference. But instead of enrich the earth, we are competing to draining it dry. Even those with good intentions are fractured groups trying to compete instead of collaborate.

Sustainability is simply making sure we have more tomorrow than we have today, evolving the world into a paradise. This does not mean sacrifice or undoing progress. It just means accepting that "can" doesn't mean "Should", that profits mean more than money, that value can be shared, that luxury comes from moderation. It takes less effort to terraform earth that it takes to survive a future with less.

Our Commitment

The Aquifer Project is a public good non-profit (federally pending), that doesn't mean we do not make a profit, it means we are legally obligated to use all of our profits to build a world that has more tomorrow than it has today. Every organization we partner with, every business we build, every dollar that is donated, every grant received goes towards helping everyone live sustainably in a way that works for them.

Everything we do brings accessibility to sustainability, environmentally, socially and economically. Where there are resources, we connect them to where they will grow. Where there are solutions, we test and share them. Where there are people wanting to make a difference, we support them with everything they need to live better.

Our Values

The things that guide everything we do

Education

We will build, test and research environmentally sustainable solutions whenever we can, if there are no solution we will develop them. We will give education, training and solutions to everyone that wants it.

Dedication

We will build economic sustainability for social stability. We will build social sustainability for environmental stability. We will build environmental sustainability for economic stability

Access

When we only rely on ourselves, our own potential becomes our limit. When we collaborate, our potential becomes limitless. We will gather and freely share the tools, resources and solutions for sustainability.

Opportunity

Our communities will be based on respect, equal opportunity and the ability to build a better future. Everyone that dedicates their life and labor to a more positive future has earned stability, security and trust

We have one world to live in.

What we do in it matters

We have been taking out loans

All life as collateral

But the payment has now come due
